To increase your security, it’s time to change the password that you usually use to log into your Internet Banking. It is a simple but necessary measure to protect your data from possible fraudulent use. Keep reading the guide below.

How to change your password?

  1. Log into your Internet Banking: you will be automatically prompted to change your password both from the Credem App and from the PC;
  2. Create a new password respecting all the requirements shown on the page:
    • 8 to 32 characters long;
    • at least one capital letter;
    • at least one lowercase letter;
    • at least on number;
    • at least one symbol of your choice among \ ! " £ $ % & / ( ) = ? ' ^ * . , ; : - _ ° # @ [ ] { } + € ç §;
  3. Rewrite the new password to make sure you haven't made any typing error;
  4. Confirm the change with a code of your Mr. Pin;
  5. Done! Now you can start using your online services wherever you are with maximum security.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?

Here are a couple of important things to know:

  • Keep the original numeric password, you may need it to call Customer Service at the toll-free number 800.27.33.36. 
  • If you don't remember it, you can change it within your Internet Banking in the SICUREZZA section under Password Banca Telefonica.
